For over 25 years, Austin Ryan has been leading people toward God in worship using music and many other expressions of the arts. In 2007, Austin and his wife Cami co-founded Worship Catalyst with a vision to ignite worship ministries in new churches. Now, as the Directional Leader of Worship Catalyst, he and his team which spans 14 cities and 11 states have served hundreds of new churches and mentored hundreds of worship leaders, helping them realize their goal of connecting people to Jesus in worship.
David Harsh is an independent Christian artist who is committed to glorifying God with message-driven musical creativity. Originally trained classically as a vocalist, David also chose to study acoustic guitar and to write original songs about his faith in Christ. He has been touring around the U.S. since 2004, and has been in staff worship leadership positions for 7 years. David lives in Marysville, Washington with his wife and two daughters, and serves as the Director of Worship & Productions at Marysville Community Church.
Brian Reding is a Seattle based music producer, the owner of R&B Studios, and a member of The Grammy Recording Academy. While his work with EMI, EMICMG, Columbia, SonyBMG, and Universal can be heard internationally, he vigorously seeks to empower local musicians, and is honored to present a series of workshops for MinCon 2019.
Dave Dartnall is Owner of Focus Partners LLC, an AVL systems integration and training company located in the Pacific Northwest. His first career was as a Christian pastor, preaching and leading worship for close to forty years. He graduated with a BA from Puget Sound Christian College, attended Emmanuel School of Religion for graduate school, is a member of the International Society of Theta Phi (a scholastic honor society in the field of religion that brings together scholars and religious leaders who uphold high ethical standards and academic excellence,) has served as an adjunct professor for Boise Bible College, and is a popular speaker at conferences across the country. He is passionate about helping churches with all aspects of ministry, and bringing the best expertise available directly to the local church.
Founded in 2008, Focus Worship, (now Focus Partners LLC,) which has helped over a thousand churches with audio, video, and lighting system consultations, integrations, designs, installations, and training.
