NW Min Con Women’s Ministry Event
What is the Women’s Ministry Event?
It is two women’s events in one specifically tailored for the Pacific Northwest. We feature a full day event on Friday March 24 focused on training women ministry leaders.
On Saturday, March 25 the event is an inspirational retreat for ladies of all ages and walks of life. It features worship, key note speakers and powerful workshops.
What topics will be covered?
There will be a wide variety of topics relevant to women’s ministry in the Pacific Northwest. From unlocking your gifts and influence, prayerful listening, and learning how to advocate for women, to navigating the publishing jungle, leading volunteers and, there is something for everyone at this conference.
Who will be speaking?
We also have a variety of women from the Pacific Northwest teaching workshops – including top faith blogger Athena Dean Holtz, life coach and author Cynthia Cavanaugh, and human rights advocate Sarah Leech.
Who is the intended audience?
On Friday – women leaders who serve within their church and community. Established leaders, new leaders, paid or volunteer, will all gain insight and knowledge from our workshops this day.
On Saturday – grab all the ladies from your church and come for an inspirational one day event with worship, powerful Biblical teaching, and workshops to lift your spirit.
Will there be worship?
Yes. Both days include worship in the main sessions. On Saturday, the women will gather together for a time of praise and worship led by the local praise band “His Jewels” from Canyon Creek Community Church.
What is the cost?
The cost is $70 for one day and $109 for two days.
Can I purchase a one-day ticket for Friday or Saturday?
Yes – you can purchase a one day pass. Just choose either Friday or Saturday when registering.
Can I attend other workshops at the NW Min Con outside of the women’s ministry event?
Absolutely! That is the best part of the NW Ministry Conference – it is 6 conferences in one, and you can mix and match workshops as best fits your interests.
Are there any discounts available?

Will there be food and beverage?
On Friday, there will be a Chick-fil-A lunch just for the women’s event. On Saturday, enjoy food from the many vendors stationed throughout the event. Overlake will also be running a no-host coffee bar as well.
