Dan Reiland serves as Executive Pastor at 12Stone Church® in Lawrenceville, Georgia. He previously partnered with John Maxwell for 20 years, first as Executive Pastor at Skyline Wesleyan Church in San Diego, then as Vice President of Leadership and Church Development at INJOY. He and Dr. Maxwell still enjoy partnering together on a number of church related projects.

Dan is best known as a leader with a pastor’s heart; he truly loves the local church, but is also described as one of the nation’s most innovative church thinkers. His passion is developing leaders for the local church so that the Great Commission is advanced – and ultimately that lives are changed for eternity by faith in Jesus.

In addition to leading the staff of 12Stone Church, Dan coaches many pastors across the country every year. Dan’s leadership blog can be accessed at http://danreiland.com. His semi-monthly e-newsletter, The Pastor’s Coach is distributed to over 40,000 subscribers, www.injoy.com. He is also the author of Amplified Leadership – released January 2012.

Native to San Diego in their early years, Dan and Patti have been married now for 32 years and have two grown children. Mackenzie is a filmmaker and John-Peter a software developer, both live in Atlanta. Patti is a coffee connoisseur and directs the café at 12Stone.

Dan loves collecting fine guitars, but only dreams he could play lead in a rock band! Maybe in heaven!
