What are the dates of Northwest Ministry Conference 2018?

March 9 & 10 is our two-day, 6 track conference.

Where is the conference located?

This year we are one Conference in 3 locations. We are excited to announce we are at a new location this year.

The Northwest Ministry Conference is located at Crossroads Bible Church (15815 SE 37th St, Bellevue, WA 98006).

The STARS Preschool track portion of the event will be held at the Northwest Church (19820 Scriber Lake Road #1, Lynnwood, WA 98036).

The Tim Hawkins Comedy Concert will be held at Overlake Church, Friday, March 9th @ 7:30 OVERLAKE CHRISTIAN CHURCH 9900 WILLOWS ROAD NE / REDMOND, WA  98052 / 425.702.0303

Is there a dress code at the conference?

No, feel free to where whatever makes you feel comfortable. Attendees wear shorts to slacks, t-shirts to ties.

Who should attend the Northwest Ministry Conference?

Anyone working in Christian ministry. (Doesn't have to be connected with a church). Church full and part time staff including all positions, paid and volunteer -- Senior pastors, KIDMIN and youth pastors,  tech team, worship pastors and leaders, executive pastors, church council or elders, Sunday school teachers, missions directors, men's and women's ministry, community outreach teams, etc…Full and part time weekday preschool and elementary school teachers and directors.

What about my kids? Can I bring them to the conference?

The conference is for ages 12 and up. No childcare provided.

What’s new this year at the conference?

We are expanding our STARS Preschool track this year. In order to accommodate the growing need for high-quality STARS qualified classes, we have moved this track to a different location. The location of STARS will be at the Northwest Church (19820 Scriber Lake Road #1, Lynnwood, WA 98036).   Click here to get tix!

Can I earn STARs credits or Clock Hours at Northwest Ministry Conference?

Yes, we have designated workshops that earn you STARs or Clock Hours. Stars credits (preschool) and clock hours (elementary and secondary) are both available up to 10 credits or hours each.

What is a Pre-Conference Intensive and is it right for me?

Pre-Conference intensives are a great way to get more in-depth training from our workshop experts. These workshops are longer in length and provide ample opportunity for questions and peer-to-peer networking and resourcing. 

Do I have to choose one of the six tracks or can I skip around and attend different track events and workshops?

Feel free skip around and customize your experience. You can follow a track exclusively or explore the different conferences available to you.

What are the food options at the conference?

Food trucks and onsite food vendors offer a wide range of delicious and quick meal options that you can pick up on the way to a workshop or grab a table and enjoy a tasty lunch with co-ministers and friends. Or feel free to bring your lunch for you or your group!

Where should I park?

There will be parking at the Crossroads campus. Parking is a premium…pls carpool if you can.

What is your refund policy?

Registration fees are NOT REFUNDABLE Registrations may be transferred (given to another person) but a registration may not be shared (one registration for two people). Each person must have his or her own registration. Badges, purchased with a registration, and any additional conference materials will be picked up at the conference site. We can save until next year or gift it to another person on our scholarship list.

 

Can I register extra attendees without having specific names determined?

Yes, you can take advantage of the early bird price and let us know later the names in your group.
